Our major consulting client is actively looking for a strong commercial lawyer. In this role, the ideal candidate will have 5+ years’ experience as a corporate/commercial lawyer either at a law firm or as in-house counsel with a background in technology and IP; has the ability to read, draft and speak French, including work experience in civil law, a requirement for this position.
