Our client, a major professional services firm, is looking to grow its in-house legal team. They seek to add at least two new Commercial Counsels, one with up to 2 years’ experience, and the other with 3-6 years’, each of whom will have a strong foundation in commercial contracting, together with either experience in IT related contracts, or an interest in focusing on these areas. Those with corporate experience are invited to apply. The successful candidates will enjoy getting involved, and being hands-on in a highly strategic environment, while working directly with firm partners, drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts.
