Our client, a major technology company, is looking to expand its team by two people. Firstly, this company seeks a Corporate Counsel who can assist on matters concerning governance, supporting the contracts team as well as managing litigation to name but a few. The other role calls for a Contracts Manager to work with their existing team of many professionals. Solid contract negotiation and drafting experience is key for this role.
