Our client, a growing employment law boutique, seeks an employment lawyer to join their busy practice. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in plaintiff side employment litigation and has had experience handling high value employment disputes, including wrongful dismissal, constructive dismissal, executive compensation and contract negotiations, human rights matters, and related litigation before courts and tribunals. The role offers immediate file ownership, direct client contact, and strong mentorship.
Compensation is competitive at the higher end of the boutique market, and this hire will be a part of the founder’s succession planning efforts.
