Our client, a noted business law firm, is currently looking to hire a full-time receptionist to their Downtown Vancouver team.
Duties of this role will include:
- Managing the telephone lines & reception area
- Boardroom Services
- Mail & Courier Services
- Other administrative duties as required.
The successful candidate will ideally have college education or equivalent alongside 2-5 years of reception/customer service experience. Desirable skills include impeccable communication, both written & oral, effective time management, attention to detail and a professional manner.
