Our client, a great Vancouver law firm, is currently looking to add a Securities Paralegal/Legal Assistant to their Downtown Vancouver team.

Duties of this role will include:

• Assistance in the preparation of corporate/securities documents (Private placements, stock options & AGMs)
• SEDAR filings
• Filing with TSX & TSX-V and the securities commission
• PPSA searches & registrations
• Posting time sheets/invoices (Acumin software)
• Managing a bring-forward system
• Other administrative duties as required

The successful candidate will be the graduate of an accredited Legal Administrative Assistant program and have 3+ years’ experience in Corporate/Securities. Desirable skills include superb organisation, attention to detail, ability to manage deadlines, excellent communication and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
