Our client, one of Canada’s top 5 firms, is looking to hire a renowned, senior Corporate-Commercial Litigation partner to take on a Leadership/Mentorship role in their bustling, national litigation department. You are currently working either at a tier 1 full-service or litigation boutique firm, have argued at all levels of Canadian courts (including the SCC), and are looking to more regularly take on large, complex, challenging cases on behalf of some of Canada’s largest corporations.
