Our client, a well-respected family law firm located in downtown Vancouver, is seeking a full-time Legal Assistant to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced legal professional to support a senior lawyer whose practice is focused on mediation and arbitration. The role involves managing a busy calendar, handling client intake, drafting and organizing correspondence, preparing materials for mediations and arbitrations, and performing a variety of administrative duties.
The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in a law firm, a Legal Administrative Assistant certificate, and strong technical skills across Microsoft Office, Divorcemate, Adobe, BC Online, PCLaw, Zoom, Teams, and Netdocs.
