He was knowledgeable about the company, the position and the people that I was interviewing with. Travis kept me informed throughout the interview process and was very responsive. He made himself available when I had questions and needed more information, or needed to clarify any questions regarding the offer. I spoke to him quite a bit during the process and he was always very accessible, even on weekends – always responding to e-mails and phone calls within minutes. I ended up getting other offers at the same time and Travis added value by communicating this to the hiring manager and taking the necessary steps to expedite the offer process so that I had all of the information to make the right decision about which position was best suited for me. The steps that Travis took to speed up the process were greatly appreciated because I ended up getting the position that I really wanted. Warren and his team were very attentive and found us two very appropriate candidates. They did not flood my inbox with sub-par candidates and integrated feedback in future searches. The team’s salary and talent market knowledge was especially helpful for us to locate candidates matching our needs. We have used other recruiters in the past but ZSA was more attentive and we will use their services again in the future.

My experience in dealing with Travis was excellent and I was impressed with our interactions throughout the entire recruitment process. Travis was timely; he provided great support and presented strong candidates; and, he followed through seamlessly with action items. What was of particular value were the quality of selected candidates, the fast follow through, and the consistent follow ups throughout the process. It felt like we were his primary client, even though we likely weren’t. I have used other recruiters before but not recruiters with legal focus. Our experience with ZSA has set a new standard though, from a customer service perspective. I look forward to partnering again in future.
