Our client, a leading Canadian provider of utility billing and sub metering solutions, is expanding its in-house legal function as the company experiences significant growth. This is a unique opportunity for a corporate/commercial lawyer with 2–3 years of experience to join a dynamic organization at an exciting inflection point. Working closely with an incredibly supportive General Counsel, the successful candidate will gain exposure to the full scope of in-house legal work, including contracts, compliance, governance, and strategic initiatives. The role offers hands-on involvement across business units, collaboration with regulators and government stakeholders, and the chance to help shape a maturing legal function.
