Our client is a top level boutique litigation firm, currently looking for an associate with around 2 – 4 years of litigation experience to join their busy team in Victoria.  You will primarily be working on medical malpractice matters defending hospitals and nurses, as well as human rights / employment law litigation matters.  You would be assisting all the partners so get a broad mix of senior lawyers to work with and learn from.  This is a perfect position for someone looking for work-life balance, lower billable hour target and strong mentorship.
