We are working with a global consulting firm headquartered in Calgary, looking to hire an in-house counsel to join their legal team. Reporting to the General Counsel, this is a broad generalist role where you will be responsible for providing high quality legal advice with respect to Corporate and Commercial law matters as well as assisting on a wide array of business, compliance and transactional matters and projects, while playing a leadership role in key company projects and transactions.

Our client is ideally looking for a lawyer with a strong background in corporate transactional and commercial law and a mind-set of really being able to engage with the business and help them solve problems in a practical way.
