We are currently working with a highly regarded mid-size downtown Vancouver full-service law firm, looking for a Corporate Associate to join their busy team. The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in corporate law, primarily dealing with Mergers and Acquisitions work.  Commercial real estate experience would be helpful, but not necessary.
