Our client, a well-known government entity, with offices around the province, is seeking a Labour and Employment lawyer to join their growing team as Labour and Employment Consultant.

The successful candidate will provide strategic and technical advice to management and Human Resources staff on a wide range of union relations, labour and employment law, and human rights issues. You will act as a labour and employment law representative in a variety of legal forums on behalf of the organization, including arbitrations, mediations, the Human Rights Tribunal hearings. Our client is looking to hire a practical and analytical problem-solver who has strong knowledge of labour relations, and labour and employment law.
