Agropur, a cooperative owned by nearly 3,000 dairy producers, is looking to hire a legal counsel to join its legal services team specializing in commercial law.

Acting in support of the company’s various business units, you will advise on various issues related to day-to-day operations, as well as on the company’s obligations in relation to applicable legislation and regulations. You will participate in the drafting and negotiation of various types of commercial contracts, including customer, service, licensing, supply and manufacturing contracts, to name a few. You’ll be involved in managing the company’s trademark portfolio and, where applicable, strategic partnerships with other companies, as well as handling commercial litigation when required, in collaboration with external lawyers.
