Our client, a boutique litigation firm, is looking for a top-tier litigator to join their growing employment and labour practice. They are currently seeking an associate with anywhere between 2-10 years of experience in the field with 2+ years of employment plaintiff experience. Alternatively, your background does not have to be employment law, but they are looking for candidates with civil litigation experience who are interested in transitioning into this area. The position will be remote, but there is an option to work in the office when desired.
