Couche-Tard is looking to hire a Senior Legal Counsel to join its legal team, already comprised of nearly 25 lawyers worldwide.

Based out of their head office located in Laval, within a hybrid work model, you will be reporting to the Head of Legal Corporate Affairs. In this newly-created position, you will be dealing with securities files, including continuous disclosure obligations and AGM preparation, while also being involved within M&A and financing files. Additionally, you will also assist the international legal team with global compliance initiatives, including the implementation of policies, guidelines and procedures, both in terms of regulatory compliance and governance and ESG issues.

Are you resourceful, inventive and find enjoyment in working with business people? If you have at least 6 years of relevant experience in the fields of securities and M&A or financing, which were acquired working at either a national law firm or a large public company, we would like to speak with you. You must be bilingual and a member of a Canadian provincial bar to qualify. Ref.: #32508
