Manager of Business Development and Marketing | 5+ Years | Vancouver

Our client, a top-notch Vancouver law firm with a strong reputation, is seeking a Marketing and Business Development Manager to join their team. In this role, you will work closely with the firm’s Practice Group Leaders to develop firm-aligned and integrated annual Business Development and marketing strategies, plans, and tactics for each practice group; create and drive an innovative approach to marketing and business development (BD), with continuous improvement in systems, processes, standards, and service; and manage and develop relationships with key stakeholders including the firm’s top clients and referral sources.

As the ideal candidate for this position, you have successfully completed a post-secondary graduate with a focus on business development and/or marketing and have a minimum of 5 years working in a professional environment and at least 2 year leading and managing a team. You have a design eye and experience in brand development and a creative approach to marketing and business development. Additionally, you will have demonstrated strength in interacting and communicating with colleagues at all levels, both within and outside the firm. Excellent oral and written communication skills with meticulous attention to detail are required for this position, as are strong organizational skills.
