Our client, a well-known firm in downtown Vancouver, is seeking a senior associate to join their busy Commercial Litigation group.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years’ experience and an interest in continuing to develop expertise in the commercial litigation field. The work involves a broad range of corporate and commercial litigation, real estate disputes work as well as insolvency and bankruptcy matters.

You will be working directly with the Chair of the group as their right-hand, working closely together on large and complex matters, while also handling your own files independently.  You will also play a pivotal role in mentoring and advising the junior associates in the team.
