Our client, a global leader in nuclear component manufacturing and engineering, is seeking a Corporate Lawyer for an 18-month contract position based in Cambridge, Ontario. Reporting to the AGC, the successful candidate will support a broad range of legal work, including reviewing and drafting commercial agreements, managing legal risk, providing internal legal guidance, and coordinating with external counsel on disputes.

The ideal candidate will have 3–6 years of corporate commercial experience, preferably in the construction or manufacturing sectors.
