We are working with a well regarded full-service law firm in downtown Vancouver, currently looking for a senior associate to join their busy and growing solicitor team. This is a generalist role, working collaboratively with senior lawyers and junior associates, assisting on private company M&A transactions, day-to-day corporate commercial matters, and real estate development files. There is plenty of work so bringing an existing client base is not a requirement. Strong path to partnership for the right entrepreneurial lawyer.

The ideal candidate will have strong Corporate and Real Estate experience, is proactive with an ability to prioritise and delegate work effectively.
