We’re working with a major law firm looking for a 2-5 year associate with a Securities and public company Corporate background.  You’ll be working with a small group of dedicated young partners in the space who are strongly growing the practice, and keen to provide a great deal of mentorship and training.   The work is a mix of Corporate Finance, Securities, and public company M&A, for a diverse client base.  Lots of international, cross-border work as well.
