Our client is a top tier boutique firm – specialising particular in Corporate M&A transactions and high-level tax work – with offices in Vancouver, Calgary and Toronto. They are now seeking an experienced Corporate Tax Paralegal to support a busy and growing tax practice. The ideal candidate will be highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong understanding of corporate procedures and tax-related filings. Responsibilities will include preparing and filing annual dividend returns, maintaining corporate records, assisting with personal and corporate tax matters, and supporting lawyers on complex tax planning files. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage recurring compliance work and contribute to high-level transactional support in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
