Our client, a Crown agency for the province of Ontario, is looking to add a Counsel with 8+ years of experience. The ideal candidate will be accountable to provide legal advice and related regulatory support to Senior Management and functional areas within this organization on a wide variety of legal matters, including regulatory support, with a specific emphasis on public sector procurement, IT and labour and employment. Ideally, you will have experience in contract negotiations and procurement matters, as well as some experience in the area of financial services regulation, with respect to financial institutions and financial products.
