
ZSA Legal Recruitment (“ZSA”) seeks a bright and personable BILINGUAL (French/English) Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist to support its busy and successful national recruitment team. A high level of professionalism, strong oral and written communication skills, good organizational skills, and attention to detail are all essential. This role can be located ANYWHERE in Canada, as working fully remote is an option!
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Conceptualize and execute social media strategy to grow the ZSA brand, drive traffic and engage ZSA’s audience, with support from the team;
- Create posts and campaigns for LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and monitoring data and analytics;
- Stay on top of current events and legal/recruitment related news;
- Familiarity with social media scheduling systems and calendar management such as Hootsuite;
- Knowledge of adobe design programs (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) would be an asset;
- Knowledge of website CMSs – WordPress, Squarespace;
- Knowledge of email marketing campaign systems such as MailChimp and ability to analyze and report on data;
Candidates must be fully Bilingual (French/English) in order to qualify.
