Our client, Blue Bridge Wealth Management (“Blue Bridge”) is a company founded more than 20 years ago and today, is a recognized financial institution and an independent Family Office. Working with wealthy families and individuals who wish to preserve, grow and pass on their wealth, Blue Bridge has developed an approach that crosses many disciplines, including investing, financial planning, family governance and philanthropy.
To meet their needs, we are looking for a lawyer or a notary to join this team and to see to the administration of the trusts for which Blue Bridge acts as trustee.
On a daily basis, you will ensure the sound operation of transactions involving these trusts. In regular contact with clients, you will ensure the management of various requests received by the beneficiaries as well as their compliance with the wishes of the settlor of the trusts. In particular, you will oversee the liquidation of assets in different jurisdictions, outsource analysis of financial arrangements, coordinate transactions with various stakeholders, ensure disbursements, work closely with the internal legal department, etc. You will oversee a team of three support staff.
