The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of litigation experience, ideally with a focus on employment law. This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated workplace disputes, represent clients in high-stakes matters, and gain hands-on advocacy experience from day one. You will work closely with seasoned practitioners on complex files involving wrongful dismissals, human rights, and executive-level matters.
