5 – 7 years | Vancouver

We’re working with a major Canadian listed company, Vancouver-headquartered with both national and significant US operations. They are looking for an in-house counsel for a true generalist role, advising the company across a wide range of legal matters.

You will be around the 5 – 7 call year range, and will need to have prior or current experience working in-house at a listed company. Specific expertise in Securities and Corporate law is necessarily, along with the willingness to take on a broader role, working closely with the executive team.
