In-house Director or VP Legal | 5 – 10 years | Calgary

We’re working with a long established and highly successful Calgary-based private equity investment firm, now looking to hire another lawyer to join their team. You’ll be working directly with their General Counsel, and closely embedded with their internal business units, working on a wide range of interesting deals.

You will need to have strong corporate transactional experience, especially working with private equity, and exposure to cross-border deals. Any tax experience would be useful, but is not necessary.
