Our client, a fast-growing tech company – headquartered in Vancouver and with global reach – is now looking to hire an in-house Intellectual Property lawyer to join their dynamic legal team.

Ideally you will have at least 5 years’ of experience as a practicing IP lawyer in a leading law firm and/or in-house department and strong knowledge and experience in intellectual property law, including maintaining a tech company’s patent and trademark portfolio, and counseling development/product and marketing teams on IP issues. You will be responsible for spotting potential legal and IP issues, making risk-based decisions on behalf of the company, and working directly with product and development teams to advance the company’s business initiatives.
