We are working with a global technology company which is a leader in their field of digital reality solutions, now seeking a passionate and dedicated Legal Counsel to join their team.  If you have strong corporate commercial legal experience and enjoy the challenge of drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial agreements, we want to hear from you.  In this role you’ll also have the opportunity to get involved in wider legal and compliance matters, including privacy, anti-bribery & corruption, and government compliance work.

Reporting directly to the General Counsel, you’ll be delivering practical, and business-focused solutions while skillfully mitigating legal risks.  You will have a Corporate Commercial background, and some familiarity with Intellectual Property Licensing will also be helpful, but not necessary.
