We’re working with a global organization in growth mode in Canada and seeking a Corporate Commercial In-house Legal Counsel to join their legal team.

The successful candidate will have a strong general corporate and M&A background, as well as excellent commercial law and contracts experience. The role is hybrid with 3 days a week in office in Vancouver.
