We are working with an innovative and highly active group of businesses, headquartered in Kelowna, now looking for an experienced Securities and Corporate lawyer to join their in-house legal team. On the Securities front, you will be advising on everything from drafting and filing prospectuses, IPO listings, reverse mergers, plans of arrangements, financing, etc, both in Canada and the US.  You will be playing an integral role in key company projects and transactions. This is the ideal position for a business-minded and entrepreneurial lawyer, keen to move to the Okanagan region and looking to move into a dynamic, fast-paced and unique position.
