Our client, the Fonds d’assurance responsabilité professionnelle du Barreau du Québec (« le Fonds »), is a non-profit organization founded in 1988 whose mission is to ensure the professional liability of members of the Quebec Bar. They are currently seeking a lawyer to join their prevention department.

On a daily basis, you will be called upon to gather relevant information, identify the most pertinent topics and prepare documentation aimed at raising awareness among members of the professional liability risks associated with the practice of law. You will present training sessions, both in person across Quebec and virtually, and write various articles, guides and capsules containing tools to help them minimize the risk of claims.

Do you want to practice law differently and put your legal experience to work for the benefit of your colleagues? Do you have a good writing style and know how to simplify information and capture the attention of your audience?
