Legal Administrator (In-House) | 3+ years | Remote (BC and AB)
Our client, a reputable consulting firm with offices across Western Canada, is seeking a paraprofessional to join their busy and collaborative legal department. This is a fully remote position and an excellent opportunity as the company provides a superb working environment. In this role you will be assisting with maintaining corporate records, share transactions, professional licensing and insurance administration. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in an administrative role in a corporate or legal environment. Completion of an accredited Legal Assistant Diploma program is an asset but not required. Advanced Excel skills are required for this position, as you will be working with complicated spreadsheets. The successful applicant will also be organized, assertive, with an ability to multi-task.
