Our client is a leader in its field, serving clientele mainly from major insurance companies, financial institutions, professional and sports associations, companies, etc.
In order to better respond to the needs of their clients, they are looking to grow their team. You can choose to work either in the head office in Saint-Lambert (south of Montreal) or in Ottawa. You will be responsible for responding to requests from all across Canada. You will answer client questions about various areas of law such as court processes, neighbor disputes, incapacity cases, family law, latent defects, severance pay, and contractual disputes regarding the purchase of property, to name just a few.
Do you know how to break down complex legal information to make it easier to understand? More than anything else, are you looking to work in a friendly, proactive, and team-oriented environment? You must be called to the Bar of a common law province, have at least 6 years of experience, and specifically, experience practicing law in a Canadian province (excluding Quebec) to qualify.
