Working in a hybrid model, you will be part of a local team of lawyers and support staff, and will be based out of the Boucherville office. On a daily basis, you will be called upon to advise the various business units on a wide range of legal questions and issues. You will negotiate, draft and review a variety of commercial contracts, including supplier contracts, service contracts, material purchase agreements for resale, information technology agreements, licenses and more. You will also play an active role in risk prevention and management, to protect the company’s interests.
