


Manager, Legal Talent | Vancouver
We are working with a number of firms currently seeking a Legal Talent Manager to join their busy teams in Vancouver.
You will be responsible for leading and supporting Lawyer and Student programs, including recruitment, onboarding, engagement, professional development, mentorship, and performance management process. This position reports directly to the firm’s Chief Operating Officer and works collaboratively with the Human Resources team, supporting the management of associate programs.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of two (2) years of experience as a lawyer, preferably in a private practice setting and a demonstrated interest and experience with student recruitment initiatives, management and mentoring. This role requires a self-starter and proactive individual with an excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal and management skills who is able to take initiative and think strategically in a fast-paced setting.
