The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years’ experience as a Paralegal in corporate/commercial/real estate law. You will be working directly with a generalist solicitor as their right-hand, drafting and reviewing complex legal documents, conducting due diligence, assisting with transactions, and ensuring client satisfaction.
