Our law firm client is located just north of Toronto’s city limits, and has an immediate need for a tax lawyer with broad experience in tax and private client services for entrepreneurial business owners and high net worth individuals. Ideally, you will have prior in depth knowledge in some or all aspects  of:

• tax and estate planning, including corporate reorganizations;
• trusts, planning for the purchase and sale of a business;
• the taxation of real estate; and
• and cross-border and international taxation.
