To best service its needs, Pure is now looking to add a lawyer to its legal department, already comprised of about 10 professionals.

Based in Montreal, you will report to the Senior Legal Affairs Manager for the Province of Quebec. On a daily basis, you will work in close collaboration with the leasing team as well as the asset management team to advise them on legal risks as well as to translate their business objectives into legal documents. You will review and draft leases, amendments, renewals and a variety of other documents, and liaise with tenants, their brokers or lawyers. You will participate in ongoing negotiations and, from time to time, assist the Investments team with property acquisitions. You will also work on internal policies and procedures and ensure compliance with documentation procedures.
