To support its SVP and Chief Legal Officer in developing the internal legal function, Galvion is creating a new Legal Counsel position. On a day-to-day basis, you will provide practical, strategic advice to support the company’s activities and its various business units. You will draft and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including those related to procurement and information technology. You will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including the Controlled Goods Program and export controls, contribute to the protection of the company’s intellectual property portfolio, participate in evaluating potential business opportunities and, where applicable, acquisitions (in collaboration with external counsel), and handle corporate matters.
