Estates & Trusts Partner | Vancouver

We’re working with a national business law firm with an outstanding tax practice, and a very deep client base, which is now looking to add a Estates & Trusts partner or team to their Vancouver office.

The firm has strong Estates & Trusts practitioners in other provinces, but this will be a greenfield for Vancouver and an incredible opportunity to lead and build the function locally, with a ton of firm support. The practice nationally advises on a broad range of trusts and estates matters, including estate planning, administration, succession planning, and related contentious work, often in connection with private companies, high-net-worth individuals, and family-owned businesses.

You will be an experienced Estates lawyer with a partial book of business, and a demonstrated ability to generate and grow client relationships. This is an excellent opportunity for partners seeking a business-focused environment with access to integrated resources, strong internal collaboration, and a platform that supports long-term practice growth.
