Our law firm client, located just north of Toronto (in the GTA), is in search of a financial services lawyer. This firm has a team of lawyers who specialize in secured lending, asset-based lending as well as securitizations. To address a need, arising from growth, they seek to add an associate who has foundational knowledge in the secured lending space, and ideally, experience with the Consumer Protection Act.
