Our client, a large public company situated in Calgary, is looking for a dynamic employment and labour lawyer to join its in house legal team. This is an opportunity for a lawyer who enjoys being close to the business, providing practical advice, and contributing strategically at an organizational level.

The ideal candidate will have at least five years of employment and labour law experience, ideally gained at a reputable firm or in house environment. Exposure to labour law is essential, while experience advising within federally regulated environments, as well as expertise in human rights or civil litigation matters, would be considered an added advantage.
