The firm currently manages CAD $4.4 billion in assets under management.

To support its continued growth, Power Sustainable is seeking a Legal Counsel to join its team.

In this role, you will be involved in all legal aspects of the organization’s asset management activities, including the formation and structuring of investment funds, investments, acquisitions, financings, and other strategic transactions. You will also play a key role in the development and operation of new investment platforms, as well as the drafting, review, and negotiation of a wide range of contracts, transaction documents, and investor-facing materials.

Working closely with the investment, finance, tax, operations, and compliance teams, you will provide practical legal advice aligned with business objectives. You will also contribute to corporate governance initiatives, the management of group entities, the organization of board and committee meetings, and the ongoing development and maintenance of the company’s governance framework.

Are you passionate about sustainability, transactions, and the financial sector?
