Our client, a business law platform with a national footprint, seeks to add a Private Equity/Investment Funds partner to its Toronto office. The firm is open to experienced partners with an established portable book of business, ideally at the $1M+ level.

The practice advises on a broad range of PE and investment funds matters, including fund formation, sponsor transactions, acquisitions, divestitures, and ongoing advisory work. Clients include private companies, private equity sponsors, investment funds, and institutional investors across a range of industries.
