We are working with Barrick Gold, a renowned global mining corporation, in their search for a Senior Corporate Counsel to join their Toronto corporate office. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 7 years of robust Corporate Commercial experience, including tenure at a tier 1 firm. Prior experience with corporate securities and continuous disclosure obligations is a must. Being fluent in French or Spanish is a plus.
