Our client, Tricor Automotive Group, is a leading business services organization for North American automotive dealerships – a Canadian Dealer-owned financial services company that has been providing insurance and other protection products to Canadians for their vehicles since 1986.

To address growth, Tricor now seeks to add a Vice-President, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary to be based in their Vaughan headquarters. The ideal candidate will possess 10-12 years of solid corporate/commercial experience, gained in both a reputable law firm, and in-house law department. You will possess excellent legal drafting skills, as well as prior experience in corporate governance, gained at a public or large private board, and litigation management expertise, so as to meet your requirements as Tricor’s Corporate Secretary. Those presenting with previous exposure to US business operations and automotive/finance and insurance product experience will be prioritized for consideration.
