Our client, a business law platform with a national footprint, seeks to add Wills and Estates partners across multiple Canadian jurisdictions, including Toronto, Vancouver, Montreal, Edmonton, and Calgary. The firm is open to experienced partners with an established portable book of business, ideally at the $1M+ level, and a demonstrated ability to generate and grow client relationships.

The practice advises on a broad range of trusts and estates matters, including estate planning, administration, succession planning, and related contentious work, often in connection with private companies, high-net-worth individuals, and family-owned businesses. Candidates with a balanced wills and estates practice, including exposure to estates litigation, will be of particular interest.
